Rosemary Timothy Yuro:

Nació el 4 de agosto de 1940, en Chicago y falleció en Los Ángeles el 30 de marzo de 2004.

Cconociaa profesionalmente como Timi Yuro.

Fue un cantautora estadounidense. A veces llamada "la niña con la gran voz",  se la considera una de las primeras estilistas de soul de ojos azules de la era del rock. Según un crítico, "su voz profunda, estridente, casi masculina, su entrega tambaleante y el sollozo ocasional crearon una presencia musical convincente".  Yuro poseía un rango vocal de contralto
